Here's a simple fact of life. The REASON why people are grossed out or repulsed by things, is due to its bacteria, germs, or ability to get you sick. Revulsion is a reflex of the body to keep things away from you that can make you ill. It's why urine and fecal matter are among the most disgusting things to us; it's literally human waste, the things our bodies gets rid of. However, sweat and blood are also revolting because they too carry germs, and blood is one of the most common ways diseases are spread to others.

Now, you're asking a question why human beings (not just men, but women too) find pussy blood disgusting. You, @Blackcosmo, @Apple1996, and @Faith18letsgo fail to lack a basic understanding of human biology, and think it's simply because "men are immature" and not all the scientific evidence and reasoning why just about ALL humans avoid things that can make them sick, ill, or diseased.

Being disease-free is just Toxic Masculinity, I suppose. But if I picked up one of my turds out of the toilet and put it in your hands, I suppose that wouldn't be disgusting either, right?

The short answer is, because it's pussy blood. And it's not just "men" who finds pussy blood to be infectious or unhealthy.

Period blood is completely sterile as long as the girl doesn't have any diseases. It's technically clean blood. Not the same as regular blood it's way more diluted so it's not disgusting in my opinion

All blood can carry risk of infection. It doesn't matter if it's just as "clean" as any other blood. It's still unsanitary, which is why doctors wear gloves and masks when dealing with it and it has to be disposed in biohazard waste bins. No one who's sane wants to be touching or dealing with someone else's open blood. Who wants to risk being infected with HIV? Urine is closer to being "clean" than poop is, but most people don't want to touch either one.

It can be a bit gross, only because it smells sometimes, can find used tampons in the trash, blood stains in our bed, etc... Most women would think this is gross if we were bleeding out of our asses once a month and did all of this.

While it may be a bit gross, most guys don't really give a shit. Sure it's gross, like it's gross when my girlfriend blows her noise and it sounds nasty, or she farts. It's part of life, we will live.

Girl on her period = not gross
her tampon in my bathroom trash can with chunks of blood on it = gross
a big blood stain in my bed = gross
the smell of her period wafting up while we have sex = gross

Anything with blood on it, is technically disgusting. But some people have a fear of the sight and smell of blood too. However, context is also a thing.

You walk by a hospital and see blood trailing on the floor, you're not going to be too pleased. Seeing that same blood trail leading into your house, you're not going to be breathing easy. But you see a blood stain on your press on, you know you're on.

So it's not really a matter of guys, but blood taboo in the human psyche in general.
