Why would he spend hours talking and laughing with me in public, but not respond to a single one of my texts?

It just doesn’t make sense. We hit it off so well in person. We’ve talked numerous times in the past 3 or 4 months. He looks for ME in public. He walks up to ME…but hasn’t responded to a single text of mine in weeks.

Is it best just to forget about this? I’m so confused because, again, we’re so good together when we’re together.
