Should I worry that he ignored my call, and he never does that?

My boyfriend of three years had a day off today and was shaving and cutting his hair today. He later on went downtown to her his smog check. I called him when I got home and he ignored it, I called him again and he answered saying he was irritated by the drivers downtown and that he’s waiting for his smog test. I said I’ll call you when I get back home and that I was leaving he said okay love you bye. Called him 35 mins later he ignored my call again and I texted him 10 mins later saying why and he said I’m driving home listening to music and now I’m getting boba call you when I get home. He did 15 mins later and he told me don’t nag him and he was just driving home. I am a very suspicious person you think he was with someone or talking to someone? No he hasn’t cheated that I know of or done anything to make me think that. He just always answers me or misses the call.
Should I worry that he ignored my call, and he never does that?
