Why do some short guys explode with rage and have to prove themselves to bigger men?

I'm not say all do this. But just this week I've seen it happen twice where a short dude almost escalated a misunderstanding into violence, in public.

It depends on the individual. I've known some short guys who were over-the-top aggressive because other guys were always messing with him. I've known some shorter guys who were very submissive and pacifist. I've known some shorter guts who were bullies themselves, and I've known some shorter guys who were just very competitive because they really do have to be better at sports and everything to compete.

I’ve got a vendor friend who is like that. I used to think it was the Jersey thing and South American males seem to be pretty “large personality” anyway…. He’s 5’5-5’6 smart, 45ish, starting to bald…. It’s strange but I’ve wondered if he’s so large because he is smaller. 🤷🏻‍♂️
