Guy's Behavior

I made the first move and things started off really well for a few days … now I feel like he’s not getting that I’m into him?

So this guy from work is pretty nice & cute, a little shy too, so figured I’d find out if he was single & just be bold & make a move, so I did. That day we talked ALL day through work (through work email chat) and at the end of the day I gave him my number “if he wanted to hit me up later”. So I knew that after work he was going to see his daughter for the evening so I didn’t expect a text or anything, but figured maybe if he texted me on his way home or when he got home, it was a sign that were moving in the right direction. Well, he did end up texting me that night & we talked some more. The next couple of days I didn’t see him at all at work (which I usually don’t see him very much anyways) but we didn’t really even talk but maybe once. Later the next night I texted & asked if he had a busy couple days he responded a couple hrs later & said yeah, explained why & apologized for not texting much. Over the weekend I didn’t want to be the first to text so I let it be & then Sunday night he texted me out of the blue asking how my day was. We talked for a little bit. And since then, weve flirted a little here & there at work & over text but he’s not texting me like he did those first few days … Is he just being a guy or did something happen? I’m so confused. Any advice would be appreciated !!
