My crush responded to my text late like couple days later apologizing that he didn’t saw my message ( he didn’t got push notification that I had messaged him) and he said that he uses whatsapp rarely.. is he genuine?

I removed him from my Instagram a month ago because we had a fall out but I didn’t remove him from my whatsapp. I thought that I will add him back if he brings up Instagram and that he wants to chat with me there.

by the way would that make him mad that I haven’t added him back on my instagram?

That happens as well as some people are just busy. I don't know what the text was. If it was something important might be a bigger problem.

I say take people at their word. It can happen to you too. If he keeps doing it though... Might be a problem.

Asker I have no idea. You should apologize for anything you done. Then ask him the question. I don't know the situation or know whose in the right or wrong and to tell you the truth the blame more times then not is split between both people.
