When is it none of a girlfriends buisness?

My boyfriend of 18 months has started having a secret life although he knows everything I'm doing. I live with him so I don't feel I should complain and he's working, I am not. But I do everything else for him. Anyways his work his boss who's our friend told me when he's always off work. But he's been telling me that's not for another 2 or 3 sometimes 4 hours from what his boss has said. That wasn't my first sign something isn't right, the first was him not wanting to have sex. He tells me it's not me, I'm beautiful, and that's it. But he says he has problems getting hard sometimes. So I back off and think huh last week was great sex! Maybe I'm smothering him with BJ's lol. Then when I never can find a pen to write with one pops up and it is a name of a hotel by the casino he loves to go to. So the next time he acts weird and an excuse to not coming home I convinced his cousin to give me a ride to that hotel. BAMB! There he was but I had no clue what room cause he was already in his truck leaving. So I asked many times why he was there and he tells me it was a surprise for me. Um ya right he never showed me any room. Then he says it's none of my business. When I found him I jumped in his truck and asked what are you doing? And he said none of my business. Am I crazy for hunting him down? Am I wrong for asking him what he was doing? And is he in the right to tell me that it's none of my business? I don't want an STD I also don't know why he's so worried about me leaving if he wants to meet in hotels then he can have that what does he need me for. Why does he want a relashionship that's weird like this. And also my phone he broke and then he gives me a phone that he has a tracker on sees everything I do, but haha I turned it off when I found him. Now I just don't know what I should do from here. Cause really I didn't catch him with anyone or doing anything bad.
