Guys, Why are some men like this?

I am 24 years old and the first guy I had sex with was 2 months ago. He is a guy I used to know when I was a teenager and we talked really little. 9 years later (2 months ago currently) I contacted him again to talk. He is in a 10 year relationship with his girlfriend. And was with the same girl 9 years ago (when we first talked). I always felt he liked me.. he was really sweet. He didn't seem like a fuckboy and thats why I was always attracted to him but realized only when I was 24 that I asked him to have a casual affair. I knew he had a girlfriend. But I told him it was just a casual thing and knee he would accept because I knew he found me at least pretty. The thing is, he explained to me about his relationship and after some talk he accepted. We met twice. The second time we had sex. To sum up, I haven't talked to him for 2 months now becaude he ghosted me. I confronted him by doing somethong bad (liked his girlfriend' tweet) and he told me he was angry, we talked and he told me his girlfriend read some messages that a lot of things happened and I told him I found his explanation disgusting that he didn't love anyone not even his girlfriend, that was the last time we talked. I basically told him I hated him. Because even if I knew it was just a casual thing.. he shouldn't have left without saying anything. It hurt my feelings.. I really thought he felt sth for me.. he didn't seem like that type of fuckboy. my question is.. if he chose his girlfriend. If he is still with her, why does he cheat on her? Is he stupid?
I told him these things. When I proposed him to have s. I asked him why he was still with his girlfriend if he desired to be with other people sexually.

There are two types of men -- those willing to cheat when given the opportunity, and those who are not.

I don't know what your definition of a "fuckboy" is but it sounds exactly like the kind of man who would cheat on a girlfriend he has been with for nearly a decade. Do you not realize that the fact he was willing to even have a "casual affair" with you is proof of what he is?

It has nothing to do with you being special. It has everything to do with him being willing.

So sorry he had to be your first, but I guess some women have to live and learn. You need to realize that when you're attracted to someone, you imagine them to have all these noble qualities they may not have. You're not attracted to them because they actually have those qualities. Your mind is playing tricks on you.

You also have to realize what "casual" means. How did you think that was going to go? If you don't like the outcome, demand more than casual next time.
