At work or in general i am pretty much always a follower who doesn't have a creative mind. I need to have my hand held snd taught slowly how and what to do. I dont just come up with ideas on my own. I feel like this is a rare trait... Is it? I can also barely even lead any conversation. I am very quiet.

I believe you are your worst enemy in this situation, you can do anything others do, it all depends on... if you'll let yourself see that or not, your brain is capable of creativity, try it, create something, even if it's something as small as a drawing or painting, it's small but will build up your confidence and feed your creativity
