Is he interested or what?

Recently, I started with a swimming routine in a place near where I live. The thing is that there's a guy –when he's on duty– who always stares at me —and smiles— when I'm swimming, but also when I get out/enter the dressing room. I don't know if he's interested in me or what, I'm a little confused about his behavior.

We haven't talked much, just the important things about the swimming pool's rules –but he's kind and funny when he talks to me–.

What do you think about it?

Yes. He should be able to carry on an adult conversation and act maturely. Perking in your bathroom at 25-28 is seemingly a little creepy. You’re here so you know. You feel safe around him?

He notices when I arrive. So he usually waits for me, from a prudent distance, outside the dressing rooms, and when I get out to start my swimming routine, he approaches me asking me the style I'll be doing today (maybe it's part of his job), but I rarely see him doing the same with another person who comes to swim there.
Also, there was a time, when I was done swimming and I'm coming out of the pool, that I heard him calling me "cutie" in a conversation with the lifeguard.

So the bottom line is he’s attentive but not creepy but doesn’t talk like normal people SO Why? Is that about right?

Yes. And I'm confused by that. I don't know if he's just making funny about me, if he is interested or what is he looking for.

I hate it too. When one can not man-up.. it’s painful for me to watch… This may be the whole deal. Not mature enough at 25 to man-up and ask on date…. you sure that’s the kind of guy you want. Can he think for himself, decide, and move on it⁉️ I hope my not ruining anything for you. I’m following the bread crumbs, okay?
