That's a weird combination, but part of what makes a person interesting is having varied interests and unusually interacting knowledge bases (I once read about a guy who wondered if Kung Fu styles named after insects had anything to do with how those insects acted, and so took college courses on martial arts and entomology; for his final exam, his teacher attacked him), and a BIG part of what makes a person interesting is exploring those interests (think of that guy I mentioned in the last parenthetical- that knowledge may not be very PRACTICAL, but he's probably a neat person to talk to).

I probably wouldn't date or be with a dentist or pilot. I have a really strong sense of smell and I hate that dental office smell. And pilots are always away, and that would mean not being able to spend much time with him.
