If I make him jealous, will he come to me?

Alright, so I like this guy it's been 4 months and guess what he hasn't even come up to talk to me yet, I'm givin' hints all the time. He's very attractive and has a lot of girls around him all the time. One of my colleagues asked him whether he was single and he said that he was. I've tried to make him jealous many times talking to other men and all he does is glances and walks pass! Last month he asked me for a coffee and I said no sorry I was busy (I was a bit busy). He said Okay that's fine don't worry. Now he's talking to this other girl and saw them at Starbucks many times together. 4 months and he doesn't want to come up to talk to me and now he ignores me? What's his problem if he can't approach me after 4 months after giving him hints?

Wow, you really have a bunch of backward ideas in your head. First of all, trying to make a guy jealous is about the worst idea possible. It won't make him want you... at all. All it will do is make him move on. It WILL NOT work, believe it. Second, I'm really confused. You complain about this guy not approaching you, yet he HAS actually approached you, AND he asked you out! (which you declined for some weird reason)
So I really don't know why you expect this guy to approach you at this point.

He doesn’t seem very interested and plus he has a lot of options. When you turned him down that one time, he probably just decided to move on. Making a guy jealous can work for some guys but for other guys it can be a big turn off and backfire. If he’s ignoring you even more now after trying to make him jealous, he’s probably one of those guys where that tactic doesn’t work.
