He cried and told me I always paint him as the bad guy and doesn’t know how they got there and that they’ve probably been there for who knows how long. He told me it’s nothing to be upset about and it’s out of his control. I went to go get them behind the bush but he threw them away before I got to see them for myself. He asked why I wanted to see them after I told him to pull them out of the trash can and show me. It was a floral lace black vs thing. He buys me vs. He says random stuff pops up in his front lawn all the time. Can you please give me an opinion on this situation?

It depends on where he lives. If he lives in the burbs in a White neighborhood where people take care of their property then neighbors aren't going to be throwing underwear in his yard. If he lives in the hood where hookers and crackheads have sex against the back fence in the alley in the middle of the night, then underwear could very easily end up in his yard.

I really can't think of a logical reason why he would have left the panties there himself.

If you find them in his bedroom, then it's an issue.
