I don't get the question are you trying to seduce him into bed or in to staying into a friendship? The use of the word seduce is not usually a good thing, depending on if you are just trying to trick some into sex or if you really care for them.

So I am confused by the use of the word seduced, do you want to have sex with him and still just be friends? Or are you trying to trick him into staying in a relationship that would otherwise be inadvisable or foolhardy for him to do?

  Well first off you got to gauge the girlfriend out. I mean if she's not down with it then there's no chance. But if she is into then she can approach the guy, which I sure would be fine with it... if his girlfriend is okay with it
  
  So basically you got be freind his girlfriend and get her to be sexual with you first then suggest bring your guy friend into the mix.
  
  If you go to the guy and ask with out working the girl first, hen you'll just end up destroying their relationship.

Differentiate between "guy friend" and "boyfriend". Those are two different relationship dynamics. You shouldn't be trying to seduce a guy friend. Unless you're interested in hooking up or taking it further it's just a manipulation tactic. Be a good and supportive friend if he is just friend material to you. If he's your boyfriend, there's fewer things more seductive than making it clear you're wanting to bump uglies.

That is not saving a friendship, it's changing its nature. Your odds to do that depends completely on if he finds you to be girlfriend material.
