WWhy are so many females so mean and try to have authority over others whenever they think they can get away with it?

This girl at my job thinks its her job to boss me around. She may be on the track to becoming a manager of some sort but she isn't one now. She all a sudden has been speaking with authority in her voice towards me (maybe others too but i notice some people or men are submissive and they put up with females like this... I hate it... Because then these females continue to act out of place).

I only allow men to boss me around. Period. I am very traditional and believe in sex roles.

Keep a level head, smile, and be gracious. If that don't work ignore the hell out of her. Search grey stoning because that works in cases like this too. She seems like a real bust body... Men like that piss me off too cause we will do the same crap to one another !!!

Because most women don't look at relationships anymore as give and take. Most women only care about themselves. When they appear to care about someone else typically it's a powerplay to get what THEY want. Relationships are not about love to most women it's about control and power. This is another unintended consequence of Feminism. I just pity these women. Because they will never be happy. Because they will ALWAYS seek to control the people they're with. It's just ingrained in them.

I think a lot of women feel like they are being controlled by others throughout life, so they tend to take it out on others when they get a chance to do the controlling for a change.
