Thoughts? Do I have a chance?

I really like this guy. He is my close friends brother, 2 year age difference. I feel like there has been signs (snaps saved in chat, conversations, was #1 on his bsfl for weeks, etc.) but maybe I am reading to much into it. Anyways I asked him if he wanted to hang out without his sister and he said he didn’t know how busy he was (he has a job) and he would personally prefer the 3 of us. I would like to know your thoughts and what I should do, do I have a chance? Or was that him nicely rejecting?

if she's a good friend then dont get near her brother the firendship will shatter either after she notices u 2 are together shell be mad af at u or after u 2 break up and be realistic ur somwhere between 18 and 24 u won't end up marrying him (most likely) and imma be honest if a friend of mine is going near my sister imma be throwing hands and not in the fuck u ill see u tommow kind of way

It sounds like you have a better chance of getting hit by lightning on a submarine but on the other hand lightning can strike. If you like him & he isn’t in a relationship tell him you like him & see where things go from there.
