So I have been flirting with this guy. A lot of sexing, etc. We do not live near each other but we were going to try to hook up. We got in a small tiff and he then turned around and started posting all of these pictures of him with this other girl. (Since the inception of our flirtation he has not posted anything like that). It seemed so very uncharacteristic. What the fuck? Is he just trying to get in the last dig? Do I ignore it or what should I do?

Yes, he’s doing it to get back at you and make it look like he doesn’t need you. His ego was bruised in your argument. You should ignore and move on but if you honestly like the guy, reach out and see if you two can reconcile.
