Do men know when they are in love?

Woman seem to get confused with emotions a lot, is it the same as men or do they clearly know when they have fallen in love.

As mentioned below. Me personally, I didn't fall in love easily until I met my current partner. Constantly on your mind, can't eat/drink properly, concentration goes out the window, the butterflies in the stomach, the anticipation of seeing them, waiting for them to call/text. The excitement when they do. Like a sea of euphoria washed over me. Never happened before meeting her.

I am guessing the feelings are similar for women but that's how I felt with my partner.

Self-awareness is a problem for both genders. I think men have a pretty good idea when we're in love, but the implications of that aren't always obvious.
