I was rolling the trash cans from the street back up to the house. Got a pretty big yard and did it one at a time (2 cans). Looked up because i felt eyes on me and my next door neighbor was staring at me while I was doing it. Made eye contact for quite a few seconds too. He has a habit of staring at only me.
