Playing games? I delete him and he adds me and then ignores me?

I met a guy on a dating site and we started chatting almost every night for about 2 weeks. He messaged me one night and asked if he could come see me but I was unwell and he said he understood. The next night I felt better so I messaged him, he opened my message and never responded. Then the next day I asked him how his night was and he read my message and didn't respond. I unfriended him on Snapchat after this. A week later I added him back and I seen he responded much later and he said 'Sorry I forgot to press send.' I responded and said I was sorry as I thought he was ignoring me. He read the message and didn't respond... He kept ignoring my messages so after about 4 days I unfriended him and left it at that. He added me 1 week later and then text me late at night while I was sleeping and said he was out and about doing things and things had come up and he was sorry. I responded the next day and said 'all good I get it, I hope you're ok' he read it and never responded. I dont know what's going on... He doesn't respond to my messages and he'll open my message hours later. Is this guy seriously playing games?

He got angry that I blocked him and reported a message I sent to him saying 'I'm not playing games, you haven't responded, I'm out.' Snapchat sent me a warning..

Same old a story. When a guy messages a woman she can read and not respond. But if a woman messages a guy he must respond. Nothing to see here.

I always respond... I don't ignore anyone I tell them straight up if I don't want to chat. He has told me that he has been dling things, so he has been straight up he's just slow at telling me...
