Guy's Behavior

Is he shy or just not interested?

I like this guy but we dont talk that much and the only thing we do is stare at each other and when our eyes meet we look away after one second but still trying to meet each others eyes, its weird, its like we are seeking each others eyes.

He also seem to keep an eye on me even when i dont see it or think he's not looking. Like one time i was just thinking how i should do something cuz the plug was too short so i had to put it into a wall outlet more nearby of the machine but then changed my mind cuz i couldnt find one and turned my back to put the machine back but when i turned my back to put out the plug, the plug was in the most nearby wall outlet, the one i didn't saw, so i looked at him suprised, but he didn't look or said anything.

At table he also search my eyes a lot and sometimes smiles really sweet to me but looks away fast. My hands were shaking too a lot and I don't know but sometimes i just have that and i saw him looking at my hands and face a lot, with a serious kind of frown on his face too, while everyone was just talking with eachother and laughing, which made me a bit nervous, which made it kind of worse😅

And sometimes he stand there behind a pole of the bridge where the car is on (we both work in the same garage yes) to bring the bridge down and then he look past the pole to look at me, when i am working.

He looked at me also when i was working, i was cleaning a bit and looked up for one time and he was staring at me so when i looked at him the second time but then hold his eyes he held his too, it was a stare contest.
