How can someone realize their own worth when they aren't being treated right?

My friend said I'm worth more, because a guy I'm seeing keeps blowing hot and cold. He's unreliable, and I'm sure he sees other girls too. (although I'm not 100%sure) I stick around because when we are together we get on so well. We have a lot in common and he treats me nice when I'm actually with him. Sometimes he plays mind games though. At times I think he's a player, but again, not sure 🙁he's a closed book sort of person, so all I'm left with is assumptions based on how he treats me

I can tell you right now I'm not seeing anybody I eat alone sleep alone watch tv alone go out alone most of the time once in a while with my roommate but i live a life mostly by myself. i hadn't hugged anyone since 2019
