After 9 months of treating me like a pile of crap I finally said I had enough and said how I felt and blocked him on everything.

Only 4 days later to get and email from him saying ‘don’t lose your head at me but we need to meet up and talk over stuff’

I emailed back and said there’s nothing to talk about though as I give up trying completely.

He hasn’t emailed back.

But he’s done this a million times with me where he say he want to talk and then nothing I just don’t get it why does he want to keep poking me.

Can he not leave me alone when he’s done with me.

Like why do I have to be bullied?

I don't really know why guys keep doing that but don't listen to him. Like you said, there is nothing to talk anymore.
He probably want to lure you back in, get maybe sex from you, his other chick left or he couldn't find anyone in the first place so he tries to get to you again, no matter what it is, it's definitely no good
