When I was a teen young adult, I was pretty quiet and reserved with the people I was interested in. As I fully bloomed in adulthood, I learned how to be more sociable and with it, learned how to carry and present myself for who I am-- epecially in front of people I may be infatuated with.

I tend to find ways to relate in their interests while giving them opportunities to expand on their opinion, as a means to learn more about them. And I may sprinkle some details about myself along the way. So in that regard, I guess you could say I show off a bit.

But I'd say I moreso express interest in them and find things in common to flow the conversation better. And one thing usually leads to another from there. I fear that I'd come off as obnoxious if I'm just "showing off" and talking about myself to people all the time. I'd rather seek an honest conversation and build off of that.
