Was he embarassed to say he hooked up with me?

I had been hooking up with a guy for 2.5 years. I know he was attracted to be because he called me beautiful after sex, even when he didn't need to. Who knows if he lost attraction? Anyways, one night I went over his house and his best friend was there who I met for the first time. I was pretty loud when I was having sex with him that night to which the friend heard us. Months later, the friend told me that he said I was 'bat shit crazy', and that he hooked up with me 'one time'. Does it sound like this guy is very embarassed to be associated with me and thinks I am an ugly loser? Or does it sound like he disapproves us my overall behavior, which led him to say what he said? Maybe I gave him reasons to think I act crazy... but the guy was an enormous asshole throughout. I don't know why I liked him.

He also is an elitist and a narcissist that is obsessed with popularity, status, and class. I am middle class... im not from old money. he ended up ditching me for this rich girl from a family worth 16 million dollars. She was also miss popular in their town.
