I said ok. I didn’t offer to do the same as I know it’s too early on for that. That said , I’ve noticed his account has been taken out of freeze mode and new pictures added to his profile. Men, what are your thoughts on this?

That's my advice. It's one thing to find someone to date online. But when you start making judgments based on things like not liking your pictures, leaving you on read, how long it takes to respond... you are just writing your own negative story.

Maybe he falsely assumed that you would follow his lead. Maybe he’d hoped you’d feel the same way and do the same thing.
You should not feel obligated to do so but if you’re keeping your options open then so will he.
Maybe he still really likes you but if you’re still available then he changed his mind
