He doesn’t use whatsapp that much and is rarely online late at night. Would that mean that he’s single most likely and not seeing anyone?

We live in Europe. I used to talk to him before on whatsapp. First we started to talk on instagram and then we moved to whatsapp. We used to talk often in the evenings and late nights. He’s 30 so I don't know if he would chat on snapchat with a female regularly if he was seeing someone. Instagram on the otherhand feels not that personal.
