From my experience IRL, every man I ever met lied about how much weights they can life. Every single one of them that I actually brought to my house or went to theirs to actually see them lift weights had greatly exaggerated what they could actually do. I am the only one of all the people I know IRL that has been honest about what I can do.

Depends on the context
Our mental health and feelings are top tier because nobody gives a shit. Plus any and all expressions of weaknesses and feelings is met by criticism, amd sometimes physical violence.
