Number one, it’s rude. Number two, is he just looking at my crotch or my bare body? Number three, define “private parts.” I know what you mean but just give me an example. If I’m wearing a skirt and he’s looking up it then that’s sexual harassment. If I’m wearing a t-shirt and he’s looking at my chest then that’s not really bad. He’s a guy and besides, breasts aren’t really private because they’re visible anyways. If he stares too long then that’s just creepy…
