Dangerous and stoopid. Until there’s a massive shift in the way men are valued societally, men who cry are almost universally viewed as weak and useless to themselves and everyone else. There’s a reason we spend nearly four times as much money caring for women’s vulnerabilities as we do men’s even though men kill themselves at four times the rate of women. Because vulnerable women should be saved while vulnerable men should die. There are a lot of liars on this site that will insist otherwise, but the statistics do not support their rhetoric. The majority of people see male suicide as the trash taking itself out. If you’re a man and you know what’s good for you, you’ll never cry publicly; especially in front of a woman. Hopefully you have at least one good male friend or relative you can truly trust. If not, seek out a men’s group. It will feel strange at first, allowing yourself to be vulnerable around strangers. But this is exactly what men need, meaningful relationships with other men.

I think if a man sheds a tear or two because he feels bad for someone else, or he's suffering the loss of a loved one it's totally understandable.
However, I used to work in some pretty aggressive jobs, and I can't imagine stopping what we're doing on the job site so I could cry because Jason called me a fucking idiot for leaving the pipe wrench at the shop, or it's 40 below outside and my fingers are frozen so I'm gonna sit in the truck and cry. Men don't have time for that bullshit, we have to be tough.

I think I've seen every guy that I know crying at some point.. Even the older and macho man type... It's just a human thing to do when you're under pressure... but I personally wouldn't do it...
Men normally cry for important things, contrary to women.
I sometimes cry. Does anyone have a problem with that?
Depends on the reason he's crying. Honestly, I don't think it should be socially acceptable for women to cry over every minor inconvenience either. At least not in public.
Lose someone in the family and you will see why guys do or anyone for that matter.
