Would a friends with benefits or guy you sleeping with compliments your personality/character? Would he support your study?

A friends with benefits gave me a compliment that wasn't physical, more about my character and personality. He gave me advice on things, supports me to continue my study and to grow as a person. Is it something a guy who sleeps with you will do? Or is it the 'friend' aspect or is there more to it?

just because a guy compliments your character / personality , it does not necessarily mean he likes you. Someone may say you're the kindest person ever, but it does not necessarily mean he is romantically attracted to you.

If you are fishing for things that make it seem like he wants a relationship then you are wasting your time.
