Every time we talk or if I initiated a conversation , he has this big smile on his face.

I've noticed it every time to the point I kind of feel uncomfortable talk to him first?

He smiles when he initiates a conversation too though, he just smiles really wide every time I almost feel insecure? weirded out sometimes.

He's been showing some signs he's interested - going out of his way to help me, asks about my weekend every week, stares, lingers around

I was wondering if this is because he's interested? I just never met a guy who smiles so much lol Do you do that to girls you like? or this means something else?

he is interested for sure. he is trying to get to know you. he is happy to see you that is why he similes a lot. i think keep talking to him and try to find out what he wans. maybe talk to he's friends if he says something about you. those friends will tell you what he wans with you
