I went on my first date with someone I met online 3 days ago. My initial feeling was that it went great, I had fun, I felt like the conversation was good, no one was checking their phones.

After the date he texted me saying it was nice and a pleasure to meet me, to which I replied saying the same and that we should do it again sometime. He didn’t reply. I know he is traveling for business this week, but I decided to send him a text about something we talked on the date.

He still hasn’t replied.

At this point I don’t know if he is ghosting me. Can I trust me initial feeling that the date was good? I’m overthinking every step trying to find what I did wrong.

Would wait a bit longer as it might have nothing to do with u if it was just a date could be it went fine but he is dating others and he is too shitty to communicate that with u but don't jump the gun yet as if he is travelling for work he could be busy
