Is this rude to do?

So one of my guy friends who like me was on his Facebook scrolling watching videos and pics of explicit girls. He was showing me and reacting to them. He was complimenting the girls and replaying the videos over and over and even saved the videos to his phone. I show him normal selfies of me and he says they are “nice” but he didn’t react to them the way he reacts to the other girls he was looking at. It made me feel bad.
