So I have these guy friends and I was simply talking to them. My boyfriend walked over to me and quietly stood by me but i pretended he wasn’t there. I continued to talk to my guy friends while he’s standing there and he eventually walked away. I feel terrible now.

I would say you should have at least "acknowledged" him -- so that he knows (you knew) he was waiting for you. But I don't know what the situation was -- so it's really a tough call, whether to say you were being rude. Assuming you didn't do this intentionally to hurt his feeling -- express this to him, and he may understand.

I do not understand the context. I do not know why you were pretending he did not exist when he is your boyfriend. Was it a fight or something?

I didn’t know whaat to say and didn’t want to introduce him because I didn’t think they were important. Just guy friends, (barely that sometimes…. )

Just imagine if the roles were reversed and he was talking to some random women. He didn't introduce you, he didn't acknowledge you exist in front of the other women, and he just ignored you until you left.
