How do I get over my insecurities with my man looking at women on social media constantly. How do I get my stupid insecurities under control? And stop thinking that he wants all these women and that my body is gross to him bc of the kinds of women he looks at.

For reference I’m a very tiny girl. A-b boobs and little to no ass. He looks at girls that have a gym rats ass and at least d-DD boobs.

Men are visual; Every. Single. Man. You will NEVER find a guy who doesn't look. Accept that reality or stay single.

Understand how irrational it is to think that your boyfriend (or any man) magically becomes blind after being in a relationship. Understand how unreasonable it is to think that you are the only women he finds attractive. Understand that looking doesn't mean that he wants to fuck them. That is just an assumption that women make. Understand that your boyfriend isn't with these women, he's with YOU.

You could also stop stalking his activity on social media. That might help.

Well, he shouldn't be "going out of his way to look in front of you" or get mad at you for looking at other men. You should have a conversation with him about it, see his reaction, then handle it accordingly.

"I want to not care" and I have already told you how to do that. It isn't going to happen overnight, you need to put in the work and not let your insecurities sabotage your relationship.

He flips out on me when I tell him to not do it Infront of me to at least wait till I leave the room at least. But he says he won’t bc he doesn’t care. He doesn’t reassure me that I’m attractive or that I’m beautiful unless I ask him if I am which is only once or twice bc what’s the point of asking. He threw my phone the last time a guy popped up on my phone. Said I shouldn’t be looking at other guys while in a relationship

I can’t support myself on my own. Child care is 1000 a month so I can’t get a job and my rent is 1700 he pays half if I end the relationship I’ll end up homeless

You're not being insecure. He is behaving inappropriately in a relationship so it bothers you because you know it isn't right.

I don’t care if they pop up on his phone and he watches the videos. Or if a girl walks by as long as I’m not with him and he looks. But he’s searching up women after women and stalking fb profiles as well as snap profiles. He spends on average 10 hours a day just looking for women on his phone.
