These days it is unwise to be too touchy with a woman, especially one that you don’t know very well. Perhaps if you were wondering his intentions you could ask him to give you a back rub or something like that which tells him it’s okay to touch you. I think it is probably safest for women generally that men are a bit slower to get touchy rather than too fast, but that’s just my opinion.
