Is it a bad thing if a guy that I am taking with calls me weird?

This guy that i went on a date with calls me weird and different. He says that i am very different from other people at work, that i am more quiet than the others and also always the one to be targeted. He also says that i have a weird shape of thumb. My question is, is it a bad thing if a guy tells you all of these? He went out on his way to repair my laptop. He also has done a lot of nice things to me, like bought me foods, and took me out. The question is, is he even into me? Because from all of the things that he said to me makes me feel insecure about myself and it also makes me feel that he doesn't really like me, when he says he does.
