He's (M 25) not the first one who ever done that to me (F21) but it's too annoying... Why do some guys do that? Like texting you the whole day or calling with you for hours and the next day they just stop replying for a few days and then contacts you again?

Well sometimes I get busy for a day or something. Some messages don't need a reply. Really just depends. How long he went and what was sent and the urgency of it.
