Do to him as he is doing to you. A hot and cold person is either using you for attention or not sure about their feelings for you. You don't want that so move on when he is serious if ever he can contact you. Take time in a serious guy and show him what he missed out on. Replace

Exactly! And always remember he can tell you how much he wants you but if he isn't showing it and isn't consistant than it is more of him wanting you to show him you want him. Make it 50/50 but if you're doing this move along he is just an attention whore probably telling his friends how he is saying he wants you and you're just another girl he has who likes him.
