Guy's Behavior

A guy in my class used to look at me always he talks to me and I have catched him staring at me too. ?

A few days back his friend whom i don't talk much asked whether we both can go for shopping as I am not much friendly with him I told i had to go out with my brother.

I overheard my name in my crush and his conversation but didn't bother much from that day he has stopped looking at me. His friends from other class also used to look at me. Whenever he takes presentation in class he used to look at me. In labs too he used to stare at me.

Now I got a better opportunity so me and my best friend is shifting college the last day he gave me a hug and said all the best. The day we were leaving he couldn't make it. At night he texted my best friend he couldn't make it he had a camp to attend.

His friend came helped us with packing and all. That night for the first time I texted him saying couldn't see you today all the best and all. It's been 3 days he hasn't seen the message and not even replied. I don't know what this all mean.

He used to taunt me from class for not replying to him in class group chat but now when I messaged him he ignored. So I dont know what this all meant.
