If a guy is confronted about cheating and the girl wants to break up. The guy denies the cheating but agrees to break up, does this make him seem more guilty of cheating?

Well first I’d hope the girlfriend has proof of him cheating beforehand. If he didn’t cheat then he’s breaking up with her because he doesn’t appreciate the accusation. I have a male friend who left his girlfriend of 3 years because she accused him more than once and he genuinely never cheated, she was just too insecure and hurt from her past.
