What does his body language mean?

I was sat at my desk and a man was stood at the other end of the room, about 15ft away, talking to someone else. Due to my computer screens he would have only been able to see from my eyes up.

Why would his torso be facing towards me, slightly in another direction to who he's talking to?

Body language can be tricky at times. Perhaps he didn’t want to speak to that person, maybe he was doing something else while talking to said person. It’s hard to say if he was looking at you and only you. Sorry I couldn’t be more of help.
