Why do men go for younger women?

It all depends.
it doesn’t mean that all men that are older or old will be with a young woman.

As an older or old man, to be successful with younger women you need to make serious money. Because no offence, but there is no way ( unless you’re VERY good looking , in super nice shape and energetic ) a young woman would go with a broke old man. She’d rather go with a broke YOUNG man.

so it’s nice that many men ( older and old ) would say they would prefer to be with a much younger woman… and, on the other hand , many women would want a rich good looking guy, but at the end of the day the REALITY is different.

As an old or older men ( most of them are average , not in shape and don’t make that much money ) there are many chances that you’ll end up with a woman around your age ( maybe 1-5 years older or younger ) who’s also average like you.

same thing for women, there are many chances that you’ll end up with someone who’s closer to your age. But if you want a guy that has money , well, you’re gonna have to go for older men.

Just walk outside in the street. most of the couples are closer to their age and also they are alike !

I would imagine it's because people look better when they are in they are younger it's not exactly rock science lol.
You compare 20 year old to a 45 year old one's gonna have in average more health problems, wrinkles, saggy skin, more weight gain, etc.

It would be like asking would you want a brand new car or an old one. So it's an obvious choice just from that alone.
Though myself like some car guys are into the classics not that I am actually into cars but just trying to say there is positives and people do like women who are more mature.

But it would be lying to say a 20 year old ain't on average gonna look better than someone in there 40s because they mostly will.

Cause some turn into Karen's and let themselves go with bitchy attitudes. My sister sure didn't lol. She's 43 and found a guy who's 37 and she still has it. I sure never plan to turn into a Karen when I'm older.

I mean, no offense but is your sister married? If she's married then fine but if she's not then this doesn't say a lot as it is a simple relationship and the guy can leave her at any time. Also, there are exceptions to the rule and your sister may be one. Or maybe she's just hot and they guy only wants her for the sex (and like I said may leave her when he gets bored). You didn't specified what that "still has it" means. Has what? Looks, baggage-free personality? Cute and feminine attributes? Young-looking skin? Great fit body? And finally, nobody "plans" to turn into a Karen. It just comes naturally for most people...

@YourFavoriteFriend Maybe because some of them are miserable or insecure women? Their engaged. He has taken her to many places traveling, she's in great shape, looks younger than her age by 10 years and she was married before but divorced and took time to focus on her kids but now their all grown so yeah she has time for a relationship and they seem very happy. He's also been active in her life with her older kids since he was also married before.

The older a woman get the more angry and jaded she typically is. Women tend to blame every guy for every failed relationship SHE'S ever had, Which isn't fair. So guys choose younger women because it's just easier. They haven't lived long enough and made enough mistakes yet to be angry and jaded yet.

Men have been doing this for thousands of years. Most women only have a window where they are most attractive for a small amount of time and when that window starts to close some men will move on to the younger ones.

Women go with older men because they are more mature mentally speaking. They are also more stable in life ( financially, mentally, etc ).

But that’s just a generalization. Women now, go out and marries younger men as well and it’s much more commun now than before.
Why? Because younger men can also be mature… and they also bring other advantages ( more attractive, more in shape, better in bed , etc ).
