If someone says ”Trust me, he’s thinking about you every 0,3 seconds he finds time.”

What does that actually mean? Lol. I get that he’s thinking about me But that this mean he ”finds time” so rarely meaning he doesn't think of me very often?

I think it still means he's thinking about you a lot. Don't get too bogged down on the details
