If a guy keeps frequenting the hometown you're from does that mean he misses you?

I mean he doesn't actually talk to me but it seems like he keeps doing this... I wonder why.

I assume that you still live there and he does not know where you live. If he's posting images on facebook or whatever then he probably is trying to communicate to you in a secondary way. Do you see any of that?
