Everyone I go I get treated like crap, like im stupid, talked down to, lack or respect, why?

doesn't matter if they are straight or gay, attractive or ugly male or female, its the same shit everyday. I was just recently at mcdonalds pull up to get my order at the window older women looks at me then shuts window and checks it to make sure its locked and walks away. Even placing the order was difficult as if they were suddenly incapable of doing a simple task. Dragging it out as long as possible.
