Suggestions required?

Whenever I tell him he's hurt me or the stuff he says bothers me he says to provide examples. And if I don't he says if there's no examples then I'm not wrong I didn't do anything. How r u telling me im wrong and hurting ur feelings if u can't give me examples. He doesn't communicate either he just buries everything g he's done and it leaves me so agitated from the inside and at unease.

I'm so tired of this. What r ur suggestions it's so hard to leave for me.

He is a selfish person and if you continue it further he is gonna hurt you more coz he knows how to play with your emotions
