As guys we're pretty darn accepting as long as it doesn't invalidate your initial reason to be in the group.

But being obnoxiously rude or an asshole without it being funny would do it.
Outside of an actual shitty personality little else would work most of the time. For specific scenarios anything goes of course and the weirdest reasons might be enough.
