I'm going to completely generalize here but he's probably someone who will offer excitement at the cost of not being to offer the fundamental things women desire in long term relationships (stability, provisions, etc) which are typically seen in the "boring" men.

Actually, I'm pretty sure this is the case. A man who is working on his purpose has a defined set of tasks, day in, day out, and he doesn't have such a luxury to be spur of the moment kind of guy.

It means he goes w the flow. He’s random. He just does things at the spur of the moment. Like getting up and going to Vegas just cause he wants to. No real concerns. Maybe he walks around naked too lol

Just be careful cause free spirited also means he doesn’t want to be committed to a lot of things. Even a relationship. Is it someone you’re interested in.

I am interested in him. I like him a lot. I don't think k he likes me in the same way though, even though he flirts with me

He's always said he doesn't sleep around and is reserved.

He doesn't make an effort to show me he likes me in the same way. We used to message daily, but he can go a week now without messaging me. At times, he'll read my message but leave me hanging and not respond. Then when I see him next, he just acts his usual self around me. I think he may have liked me in the beginning , but not now.

He may still like you but there may be someone else he likes as well. Men will change for that one special girl. When I was younger I would try to talk to the girl I liked as often as I could. Imagine if I had a smartphone when I was younger it would have made it so much easier for me to communicate w her. I think right now if it’s not another girl he’s probably not interested in a relationship just yet.

He used to message me everyday, a few times a day. Now he can go a week without messaging. He'll sometimes message me on a Friday and Saturday night just to say hi. Other times he ignores me all weekend

That could be so. I’m sorry to hear that if that’s true. But even so there’s a lot of men out there, someone who may be better for you, that’ll treat you better. Now if I’m correct and there is another girl. A few things could happen. He gets w her, they stay together for quite some time. Or he screws her, gets what he wants then comes back to you. Or she rejects him so then he comes back to you. Happens all the time.

Have you given him a reason to hold back? Like why he would be messaging you not as frequent as before? Maybe you made him mad or upset him?

I honestly can't think of anything that i could have said or done to upset him. It's as though he slowly lost interest in me. Bit hasn't totally cut me off. Unless he's just decjd3d he doesn't like me in the same way anymore. Or is bored with me. I'm not sure why he seems less interested. But I do think there's probably another girl he chats to now like he did with me.
